Who We Are

First Paramount Modaraba (FPM) is a Non-Banking Islamic Financial Institute managed by Paramount Investments Limited (PIL). It was incorporated in the Province of Sindh under the ‘Companies Ordinance 1984’ on February 15, 1992 and was registered as a Modaraba Management Company with the Registrar of Modaraba companies and Modarabas Islamabad on October 15, 1992.

FPM is rated by “JCR VIS CREDIT RATING COMPANY” as FOR LONG TERM BBB, FOR SHORT TERM A-3 and OUT LOOK – STABLE.

First Paramount Modaraba (FPM), during the past two decades has earned its growth by venturing and partnering in technology business since its inception. Being one of the pioneers in CNG business ranging from retail outlet to plant and equipment supplier to the industry, FPM was instrumental in its growth.

FPM Solutions, a Division of First Paramount Modaraba, is a focused group providing sales and services all over Pakistan to different National and Multinational Organizations, Banking and Financial Sectors, Health Care Services, Academic Institutions, Manufacturers and Trading Houses, etc.
